Who we are
cipdesign.net is operated by OSC DATA SRL, a company registered in Romania, with its office at 23 Calea Chișinăului, Iași, Romania. VAT ID RO27778226.

What we collect and why
Enquiries. Through our contact form and by email we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, company name and the content of your message. We use this to reply and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request. We keep enquiries for three years from our last contact unless a working relationship begins.
Client and billing data. If we work together, we process your company name or full name, tax identification number, address, contact details and project documentation, in order to perform the contract and meet our accounting obligations. Romanian accounting law requires us to keep these records for ten years.
Data collected automatically. When you visit the site, our analytics tools record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and where you arrived from. We use this for traffic statistics and to measure advertising. None of it is collected before you accept the relevant cookies.
Advertising. We display ads served by Google. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this or other websites, where you have consented to it. You can review your choices at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:
- our web hosting provider and our email service provider;
- Google Ireland Ltd., for Google Analytics, Google Ads and AdSense, where you have accepted analytics and marketing cookies;
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., for the Facebook pixel, on the same basis;
- our accountant, and public authorities where the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time.
Write to contact@cipdesign.net and we will respond within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, or to the authority in your own country of residence.
Security and children
The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and access to personal data is limited to the people who need it. Our services are aimed at businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We may update this policy. The version published here, with the date shown above, is the one in force.

Services
We present graphic design, web design, SEO, digital marketing and social media services. The information on this site is presentational and does not constitute a binding offer. The scope, price, timeline and deliverables of any engagement are agreed separately, through an accepted proposal or a signed contract.
Quotes and engagements
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins after written acceptance of the proposal and, where applicable, receipt of the agreed deposit. Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, unless the contract says otherwise.
Free tools and the website audit
Any free tools, checkers or audits offered on this site are provided as they are, for guidance only. We do not warrant that their results are suitable for a particular purpose, and we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of them.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, layout, code, photography and design work — belongs to OSC DATA SRL or to our clients, and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
Client logos, brand names and project images shown in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and appear solely as examples of work we have carried out.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, place unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or scrape data automatically.
Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information here accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, the courts of Iași, Romania have jurisdiction. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
